Started his professional career in 1985, as a partner of Alphatech Architects and Engineers - a well known firm, engaged in consultancy services as designers/consultants to commercial and residential projects in Bangalore.

Continued offering professional consultancy and advisory services to many leading builders, developers and engineers till he decided to take the plunge on his own as an Independent developer and promoter, to successfully lead the market with his company –Sankalp Group in 1995.

Today Sankalp Constructions Pvt ltd has completed 18 residential apartments’ projects all over Mysore, with flagship project of Sankalp central Park, the First International Lifestyle Project.

Today he is the President of CREDAI- Mysore chapter, and the member of several professional bodies such as Indian Concrete Institute (ICI), Builders Association of India (BAI), and the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). He has won the coveted “BUILDER OF THE YEAR” Award conferred by the Builders Association of India, Mysore chapter, for his outstanding contribution in the realty sector in the year 2002-2003.
