The price list is valid only for 2 weeks from the date when the price list is issued, except if the client pays 20% of the agreed final cost and enters in to an agreement to sale.
Installments are to be paid by way of postdated cheques which are a pre-condition of the allotment, except if the client opts for housing loan. The schedule of payment is mentioned in the pricing chart. The payment is not linked to the progress of construction but on a time bound basis as the delivery date has been established.
The area of an apartment or building, not inclusive of the area of the walls is known as the carpet area. This is the area that is usually used and in which you could lay the carpet. When the wall including the balcony is calculated along with the carpet area, it is known as built up area. The Built up area along with the area under common spaces like lobby, lifts, and stairs is called the super built up area.
